Health & Cleanliness Precautions

The safety of our guests and staff has always been our highest priority. As our facility closed on March 16th due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had plenty of time to adapt our facility to the new government guidelines. These additional safety measures are to help keep our staff and customers safe when visiting the facility. To put your mind at ease for your upcoming visit, we’ve briefly detailed some of the additional safety measures below. You’ll find full details of these safety measures further down the page.

Staff Re-training has been completed before returning to work.
Wellness Screenings are conducted before each shift.
Additional PPE available throughout the facility.
Pre-Booked Sessions only to shorten check in time at the facility.
Reduced Capacity and Sessions to allow for physical distancing to be adhered to.
– Adjusted Reception and Café layouts with Perspex sheeting added for the safety of guests and our team.
Floor Markings and Signage have been added to assist guests with physical distancing while queuing.
Contactless Payments are strongly encouraged with an increased limit of €50 for card payments.
Additional Cleaning is being implemented throughout the day on all high touch areas throughout the facility.
– An intensive Deep Clean of the facility is completed each evening using the latest Antibacterial Misting Machines
Hand Sanitizing Stations are strategically placed throughout the facility with frequent audio reminders for guests and staff to sanitize their hands.
Guests are asked to Not Attend the Facility if you or any of your party are feeling sick. Please contact the facility immediately.

Staff Precautions:
Staff Re-Training
A full re-training session of our new COVID-19 Procedures and Guidelines has been conducted with all staff prior to their return to work. These sessions include information on:
– Identifying Potential COVID-19 Symptoms
– Correct Use of PPE
– Additional Cleaning
– Monitoring Guests While Physical Distancing
– New Workday Procedures

Screening
A return-to-work screening has been conducted with each staff member prior to their return to the facility. A wellness screening is also conducted before the start of each shift with staff temperatures being registered before each shift.

PPE
All staff have been provided with reusable face masks/shields (not N-95 or medical masks, which should be reserved for healthcare workers) for their shifts. Disposable gloves and hand sanitizer are also readily available for staff throughout the facility.

Before Your Arrival:
Pre-Booking
All sessions must be pre-booked in advance of arrival to the facility. We would strongly encourage guests utilise their unique Bounce ID to have all waivers completed before arriving to the facility. You will find your Bounce ID in the confirmation mail received once you have booked your session. On arrival, please give your Bounce ID, or name used to book, to help our team locate your session. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your session.

Reduced Capacity
We have greatly reduced the capacity to ensure guests have plenty of room to use all the activities in the facility. A queue system will be in place for some activities and guests are asked to follow the Court Monitors guidance on this. Guests are strongly encouraged to physical distance on each attraction.

Reduced Session Times
We have reduced the number of sessions per day, details of which can be found on the “Book Now” section of the webpage.

At The Facility:
Reception:
We have added visual physical distancing stickers throughout the reception area to assist guests in queuing safely before their session. We would ask that guests have all waivers completed before arrival using their unique Bounce ID. Perspex has been added to the reception area for the safety of guests and staff. Our waiver stations will be temporarily out of service at the facility.

Contactless Payments
To limit contact, we would strongly encourage guests visiting the facility to use contactless payments wherever possible. The contact limit for physical card transactions has been increased across the facility to €50. For guests wishing to pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay, please refer to their terms and conditions as the contactless limited is determined by the banking provider.

Physical Distancing
Physical distancing markers have been placed throughout the facility, We would ask guests to adhere to these markers for their own safety and the safety of others.

Personal Items
Guests are asked to leave their shoes and any other personal items with their parent/guardian in the café area during their session.

Rules Briefings
The safety video will be presented to a smaller group of guests before each session to reduce the number of people in one area. Please listen to the court supervisor for guidance before entering the rules area.

Café Seating
Our café seating plan has been reduced and reconfigured to allow for physical distancing between tables. We will now operate a service where orders are dropped to your table after ordering to reduce the number of people waiting at the counter. Perspex has been added for the safety of guests and staff.

Additional Cleaning
We bounce with our feet, not our hands however additional cleaning measures have been implemented throughout the facility along with our pre-existing rigorous cleaning schedules to ensure the safety of our guests and team members. Regular cleaning of surfaces throughout the venue will be in place when we re-open. A full intensive deep clean of the venue is then conducted at the end of each day by our contract cleaners utilising the latest Antibacterial Misting Machines.

Hand Sanitizer Stations
Hand sanitizer stations have been strategically positioned on entry and throughout the facility including to ensure guests and team members have ample opportunity to sanitize their hands regularly. We would ask that all guests sanitize their hands on entering the facility and before entering the attraction.
